Fiberglass & Coating
Animatronics Ltd has crafted an impressive 7M T. rex, sculpted from high-quality clay and supported by a reinforced steel armature designed to safely uphold the significant weight of the clay structure. Following this, the T. rex undergoes an intricate moulding process involving multiple pieces molded together using durable glass-reinforced plastic (GRP). Ultimately, the final product emerges from the GRP mould, featuring a flexible silicone skin that gives it a strikingly realistic appearance. Our dedicated professionals are highly experienced and adept in this specialized field, and they can create products tailored specifically to your unique requirements. These specifications will be strictly followed by our skilled team, and we will consistently ensure that we remain aligned with the prevailing trends within the industry. Our specialists are fully equipped to design moulds and produce items of virtually any eccentric sculpt or shape that you envision.
